The countdown begins! Only one more week until I head up to Paris for a week of good food, drink, people and a bit of savoir vivre.

I haven’t really planned this trip as precise as previous city trips. Some things should just be taken as they come, and a bit of on the spot planning never hurt anyone. Paris can be anything you want it to be and that’s exactly what we’re looking for.
